We all have goals—big, small, or even a little strange—but they are mostly self-derived from an idea, a necessity, or sometimes pure ego.
I am not here to judge anyone’s goals or to compete with anyone. Instead, I'm setting my goal out there to help me stay on track.
This writing is about my journey from having thin, awkward arms to achieving something truly majestic.
I use the word "majestic" because it resonates with both strength and muscularity.
With this, I embark on a journey of absolute strength, muscularity, and, most importantly, the ability to use these hands to save lives—both metaphorically and literally—when needed.
“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”
